Default DomainUser Profile

I want to create a custom profile, save that profie and assign that profile to all new users in particular domain.

I read some where before that I create a customize profile and create a folder name default on domain controller and any new user logging into that domain will be assigned a default profile.

I am not talking about prolile saved on domain and shared or roaming profile.

I am not sure exactly what to do? can any one help me out?
