I have a user that has changed all of her default category colors, i.e., followup (orange), urgent (red). When she sends a followup message, it displays as the color she changed the category to, but everyone else receives the message in regular black font.
We've tried to change them back, but it doesn't work. We've also reinstalled her GroupWise and it still doesn't work.
Anyone have ideas as to how we can fix this mess?
