Dect Voice Mail Notification

Not sure if I got a couple of bad handsets or what but I have a few 3711 dect phones that will not give a voice mail indication. All phones are on the same software version, there are a 3 different hardware versions but I don't think that is it as I have two phones on hardware version 3.12.12 and one phone will give the indicator and the second one will not. Anyone come across this before?

406V2 running v5 w/ Dect 3711 handsets w/ Software version 91.24.36

Are the V"extnnumber" entries in the users source numbers for those handsets?

Yep, we are hot desking too and the voicemail notification works on 10 out of 12 phones.

Have you tried re-registering the handsets? If so re-register with a known working user and see if the problem follows the user or handset, then you have your answer

Never mind I am an idiot. The 'Message Waiting Lamp Indication Type' was set to none on those base extensions. Why is that even an option????
