Hi,

What utility do you use to examine a .dmp file, once the system has rebooted I've got this entry in the Event Log:-

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x00000054, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xbf0deb1a). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: U:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini012004-01.dmp.

I think that this is printer related!

Cheers,
Carl

Hi Ogi happy new year.

I once sent a bug check to MS in 1996 I am still awaiting a reply so I don't believe that will help you.

I would search the MS KB for "Stop d1" or "Stop 0x000000d1"
thats what I do it normally returns a load of .... but read through and you will probably get one that hits the spot.

Cheers
Scott

Hi Scott,

I've looked and found some docs but still think that it's printer related.

However, I've found a fix that I can get from M$ that regards to one of the DLL files (forgot for moment!), however, it's fixed in SP4 (!!!!)

Never mind! I've got 8 other servers for that application and it's only happening on 1 so I'll ignore it for now!

Cheers,
Carl.

Hah the path of least resistance.

Have to admit 1d is not a stop that I can recall coming across. I will have a look after lunch and get back.

Cheers
Scott
