Dear Freinds,
My problem is My win2K server has crashed and I don't have ERD. But I copied three files from %SystemRoot%\Repair folder to floppy disk: Autoexec.NT, Confog.NT & Setup.log from the same server. But during repairing phase While it asks for the ERD, I gave the same disk. It starts loading the setup.log file and gives error that "this is not a valid Emergency Repair Disk."
I cross checked the files copied by ERD creation process using NTBackup. Both are same and I checked Attribute status as well.
Can some one guide me How can I use manually build ERD disk by simply copying three files.
