dead argent branch

hi, our argent branch just sits on my bench flashing its lights at me looking all sad, in manager it shows no MAC or IP address when trying to bootp, DTE port isn't doing much either, any one know a work around or is it bin time?

I've seen this happen when the powersupply was faulty.
Try swapping it with an other one.

Beware that the powersupply's from the main unit and expansion units were not interchangable. I believe 16 and 12 Volts DC.

If you are in the UK then Multimessage in Potters Bar handle repairs for Avaya & as far as I know can still repair this item
