Deactivate Middle (Roller) Button on Mouse

Hi

I have Microsoft Access 2003 application running on my PC with Window XP professional.

I have designed some form to display records from database and they are working fine. But when user used Roller button on the mouse (Usually middle one), record moved to next record.

Is there any way stopping this happening. Or deactivate roller on the mouse through access.
