The Network guys are asking how our Signaling Server is set up for De-Jitter and Playback Buffers. The sites in question have software of 3.0 and 4.0. I am not sure where to look in Element Manager. I tried going to ld 117 and do a prt of qos but it was asking for a port #. I tried the zone # but that did not work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
