DE, after requering, the LockType changes to Read Only

Hello,

I have a recordset (based on Access database) which is a part of DataEnivironement. The LockType property is set to Optimistic but after requering it chnges to Read Only and I can't neiter update nor delete records!! I'm a bit new VB developer and I totaly don't understand why is it so. What should I do about it?
