De-Activate and re-Activate windows XP again

Dear All,

I have purchased a copy of Windows XP Pro and installed it on my laptop and activated it. However, when i came to install it on my main PC, it could not be activated again. So I wish to deactivate it from my laptop to install it on my main PC, and revert back to my old Operating system on the laptop.

Is this possible?

You have to use the telephone option.

Yes, choose the activation option on the Desktop (new) installation and phone them, it will show the phone numbers.
