Hi, I have a PC with 2x512MB DDR3200 RAM sticks (and an AthlonXP 3200+ with a 400MHz FSB).

SiSoft Sandra reports the RAM as operating at 200MT/s (MegaTransfers per second) - shouldn't this be 400MT/s? On my Intel Core Duo T2300 laptop, the RAM is operating at 533MT/s so I'd assume that the AthlonXP should have the RAM at 400MT/s (200MHz FSB in DDR Mode)?

HI Ploper Check the specs on your memory,some PC3200/400Mhz RAM is dual channel memory meaning 2x200= 400Mhz of ram,if your motherboard supports dual channel memory

I don't think that's right...I'm fairly sure that:

DDR = Double Data Rate = 2x200 = 400MHz

Dual Channel just means that both memory sticks can be accessed at once I think...
