Your information is not completely consise??
What is a "533 ddr2 standard mobo" ?
Your mobo manufacturer is not 533 ddr2, i suspect that you are stating that your mobo supports "ddr2-533 PC-4200" memory and are wondering if you can use "ddr2-675"(i did not look specifically at corsair but recall that this spec is ddr2-667 PC5300).
If this is the case, as long as your mobo will accept dd2r memory sticks the faster memory will work albeit maybe not at the stated speed. Much of this is dependant upon how flexible the bios is as to allowing changes to memory timings and the controller as to CAS, RAS and the other settings, (AMD64's have the controller on chip).
In general, buy the fastest memory you can afford so that as you migrate(upgrade) later you might not have to replace all items to reap the speeds that upgrading can afford.
Hope this helps.
