I have 4 DDI's that are linked to 4 extensions.

I know want to move one of the DDI's to a different extension.

I've spent ages searching through PCADMIN, but can't find out how.

Can I have some pointers please.

Cheers,
Jez.

Check the lats 3 digit of the DDI number.
If the full number is 123456789, then 789 is the number to search for in PGM231.
The PGM231 can forward the DDI number to:
- A station (extesnsion) number.
- A group number
- A voice message (VMIB) enabling menues (press 1 for this and press 2 for that).

Did you get yourself a service provider in the UK?

Check also this main description on DDI's - with focus on PGM231.

Magic, problem was I didn't look far enough down the list, so didn't see the DDI's.

Many Thanks.
