In that report I have near a hundred of I/C Lost calls,which I suppose it means abandon calls. But the problem is that the Longest Call Lost and Average Wait (Lost) is 0 or very low values.
I've tryed to make abandon calls to this service and they are added to I/C Lost calls, but the Longest Call Lost and Average Wait(Lost) is still to 0.
What represents that values?
The calls to this service are sent to the VMPro and then are queued in a Hunt-group.
