I have to Domain Controllers running Windows 2000 Server. For whatever reason, today the two stopped updating changes to Active Directory between the two of them. Changes made on Server1 do not appear on Server2.

Is there a way to manually make the two servers update their Active Directories like there was in NT? And how do I fix this for it to always work?

Thanks.

open up active directory sites and services snap in. (located from the admin tools). expand your site, probally called default-first-site, expand your servers... click the NTDS and in the right pane, right click a server and choose replicate now. give it some time to replicate and check for changes.
install the support tools from the cd and use the replication monitor snap in to investigate what is going on.
also, run a dcdiag from the command line. this will print out important info about what is going on with your dc's.

Also check the revision number. Increment it by one on one of the DC's if their revisions are the same number. What can cause this is updating AD on both (before a replication) and their revision numbers end up incrementing the same amount. They will think the other one has the same data since the revision numbers match.
