When I try to run DCPROMO to remove AD from a Win2k server I always get the following message

The operation failed because:

Failed to configure the service NETLOGON as requested

"Not enough storage is available to process this command. "

Any help greatly appreciated

Try re-applying the latest service pack.

If it doesn't leak oil it must be empty!!

Do you have enough free space on your hard drive?

I had this problem before with 2k cd that I got from a mate, it wasn't until I order the cd from MS and all the files (dll) was present did it start working properly.
Try reinstalling and if promted about file missing during setup, that mey be the cause
