I receive this error and it restarts my computer every time I log on

You could try and abort the Shutdown-Restart by typing Shutdown -A in the Start Run box or at an Elevated Command prompt. You could even try Safe Mode if that doesn't work. After you get past the restart hurdle look at thoroughly checking your machine for malware.
