DCOM registration, IIS does not work properly! please help.

IIS on one of my servers does not work properly, I can not brows default websites like iishelp. there are following erroes in event viewer:

The server {CE24157B-A4C8-4982-95C9-B5F90E01C349} did not register
with DCOM within the required timeout.


The service could not bind instance 3. The data is the error code.

please help me, I should config several asp web applications on this server ASAP.
the network adapter is 3com, iis version is 5.
