I am getting the following error......about 20 times per second. I am guessing that this is probably eating up resources.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: DCOM
Event Category: None
Event ID: 10005
Date: 3/1/2005
Time: 8:21:14 AM
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: DELL10
Description:
DCOM got error "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. " attempting to start the service Iap with arguments "-Service" in order to run the server:
{B0C61A79-0870-4BE4-9153-9CCAF422E31F}

I can't find that string in the registry and I can't seem to figure this out!! Please help me.

The problem is that the error doesn't specify which service is having the problem....that I can see.
