DCOM Error in event logger

Greetings, for the past week ive been noticing an event in the system log appearing about 2 times a minute:

DCOM got error "Class not registered " from the computer TCSERVER when attempting to activate the server:
{5A5AA0AA-1DEB-4683-96B0-B43301E83971}

Any idea what this means? This is happening on a windows 2000 server named "DB4SERV" and looks like some sort of communication problem with another server here. The server named "TCSERVER" is the domain server and active directory controller.

Any ideas on what it could be? thanks
