Has anyone run into this issue with a broad wing T-1? I am getting constant messages from a back-up d channel but there is no issues with the T-1’s associated with the Primary or backup d channel. Here are the codes I am getting. They never stop.

I cant recall seeing errors spitting out all the time, with nothing wrong.. at least that I ever noticed. This could be something hung up on the card, or you could be experiencing something odd off the clock/network, or a mismatch in programming between the PBX and telco...who knows.

Maybe just software disabling the D-Channel and the loop and re-enabling it might fix it. Something like this, I would wait until after-hours and shut the thing down, then reseat the card, and bring it all back up. Might not hurt to do a FDL on the MDSL (or TMDI). Having a backup card might be a good idea too.
