DCH MAINT INDICATION Message on screen

We just recently had a pri circuit installed and removed our trunk lines. Since then I have been seeing this message on the terminal from time to time. It appears to be random times of the day and no one has mentioned any problems with making or recieving calls. Is this just an info. message or should I act on this. The message is

DCH: 11 MAINT INDICATION TIME: 8:19:52
COUNTER VALUE
14 246
16 255

It always has the same format and lists the 14 and 16 but the time and the values after 14 and 16 change.
