DCH LCKO from 4.5 to 3.0

I have a TIE line fom two 81C's. The 4.5 was recently upgraded from 25.30. Now we are having DCHs LCKO every so often. We had this problem in the past (pre 4.5) but a patch was installed and it seemed to correct the problem. We get an error code of

PRI101 loop ch c where c =cause

our cause is 44= requested channel is not available

Does anyone no of a patch for 4.5 to cure this error?

did you change the rls on the d on both ends? and did you match the pni and enter the pni in the cdb. i'm at 3.0 so i don't have the dep list for 4.5

Had the same issue. Changed the rls at both ends matched the pni numbers and outed and rebuilt all of the channels. Also all of our analog phones needed xfr in their class of service. After these changes it fixed all of our channels locking out.
