DCFW out of system 2

Hi All!

I am trying to set up a call forward off premise. I have set up a 500 set with a DCFW of 91xxxxxxxxxx. I have CLS = CFXA. The NCOS is okay. The system comes back and says: "that number cannot be reached from this service". Am I missing a system feature that allows call forward off premise (or something else)?

That sounds like a meridian mail or cp message. Are you dialing the Phantom number through voicemail?

or are you getting that message when dialing that phanton directly from another ext.?

If through voice mail, check retriction/permission tables

If direct from another phone, check CDB,RDR_Data,opt=cff

dial the number from the phone, make sure the station can dial it
