DCDIAG problem

I am readying my test envirom=nment for Exchange 2003 and I have to run DCDAIG on the server. I have ran it on the server for Exch2k3 and on the DC. I keep getting these errors and am completely confused as I am doing iot on the DC as well

DsBindWithSpnEx() failed with Error -2146892976 The system detected a possible attempt to compromise security. Please ensure that you can contact the server that authenticated you. I also get event errors

LSASRV ID 40960

The security system setected authentication error on the server LDAP/<servername> THe faliure code from authentication protocol NTLM was "The handle specified is invalid (0x80090301)

I am very confused as I am logged in as Admin on the DC.

Any help please??
