dcdiag dnstest with some error

hi,
i ran the dcdiag /test:dns /e /v /f:dnstest on our root DC server, getting some errors for certain DCs at site ofice as below; is it due to fiewall connection problem ?

The specified server cannot perform the requested operation.. ***Error: The machine, GSDC2PN could not be contacted, because of a bad net response. Check to make sure that this machine is a Domain Controller.

* Active Directory LDAP Services Check
The host e66eb276-3be3-4f09-a291-471168eabb14._msdcs.root.net could not be resolved to an
IP address. Check the DNS server, DHCP, server name, etc..... GODC1JK failed test Connectivity
