This happened after I tried using the DC for a RAS server. Whenever I enabled it, the server was unreachable from inside the domain. Once I disabled ras, you could get to the server again. Ras is currently disabled. Right now, if I do a run \\dc1, I get to the server. Users that have the server mapped to a drive can also get to it, but the drive shows up as disconnected before you open it. I believe we're also taking a hit on DNS since this handles DNS also. Any ideas?
