Hi,

Does anyone know how to export the DC Directory into a printable format? My end users perfer to print out a copy of the entire phone directory and hang it in their cube rahter than use the corporate directory on the phone.

Any suggestions?

I believe if you do a Route Plan Report, save it as CSV and then you could edit it in Excel. This will not be a complete Directory and will only work if you put the Users name in the Description field of every phone. I'm sure someone else has the DC Directory dump you're looking for, sorry, I don't.
