DBUpgrade failed at GetSchemaError, could not login to database when upgrade from 2.7x

Anyone has experienced this error? I tried to upgrade from 2.7x to the above version like 2.9, EMC & Oracle connections are normal

yeah not same user DB so i advise you to hire someone its a very complicated proceedure ,
