What is the purpose of the DB9 connection on the flash voicemail?

To print reports and to change COS. Other functions are possible but they can be replicated through a set.

Connect a straight through cable to your lap top comm port. Other side the the DB25 on Flash. Set your terminal emulator to VT100 1200 8N1. Hit Enter PWD: SYSMGR <enter>
Your options will be displayed.
