DB2 8.1 on 4.3.3.0

Hi
i am trying to install DB2 8.1 on 4.3.3.0 but it is giving me the following error.

# ./db2setup
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program /cdrom/db2/aix/install/../bin/db2langdir because of the following errors:
0509-130 Symbol resolution failed for ./libdb2osse.a(shr.o) because:
0509-136 Symbol thread_unlock (number 53) is not exported from
dependent module /usr/lib/libc.a(shr.o).
0509-136 Symbol thread_waitlock (number 54) is not exported from
dependent module /usr/lib/libc.a(shr.o).
0509-192 Examine .loader section symbols with the
'dump -Tv' command.
Are there any APARS or fixes available for this.Kinldy guide me on this.
