db table driven menu

I need a table driven menu that will expand for infinite subcategories levels. Does anyone have any scripts or locations for clean ones that would work.
I'm looking for something clean and simple, something like the + to expand sub levels.

in the Navigation section. There are loads of javascript menus which work in varying ways, and with most of them you can use ASP to write out the contents of menus from the database.

Tried a few of these but them all seem to have issues when I run a loop to extract out the data from the database. It throws the javascript a blank. I'm using dreamweaver MX.
