Good luck. We asked a Xeta tech a couple of times to resolve the same issue for us and they had to "research" which Nortel patch was needed but they said that other patches may have to be installed in a certain order, and they said you run the risk of a new patch "breaking" something else. We got the fealing that they didn't want to mess with it. So, we just lived with it since we didn't have the so called Nortel maintenance agreement.
