Hi Can anyone help my avaya ip softphone wont pick up the daylight saving from the pc. I can change the time and it follows without the daylight chnage of one hour. If i switch of daylight saving on the pc and set the correct time it works. Is there a daylight saving change i need to make somewhere for the ipsoftphone itself?

Daylight Saving IP Softphone

I can change the time on the pc and the softphone changes to match except the daylight saving hour. I can disable windows 2000 daylight saving and change the time on the pc clock and they sync but i want to maintain the daylight change on the pc. I tested changing the network region and using the locations to add the 1 hour off set as our switch doesn't use daylight saving or if it does in may be done by the lunix os (S8700)but this has no affect on the softphone there is also almost a minute descreprancy between the switch and softphone suggesting that it doesn't use the switch at all.
