DatetimeField format

Hi,
Is there any way to make the Edit Mask of TDateTimeField to be the same as its Display Format?

I'm trying to set the field Display Format into dd/mm/yyyy, but my computer regional setting date short format is MM/dd/yyyy. It works for displaying purpose, but when I edit it, it displays the value with regional setting date format.

Any help will be appreciated.
