Datetime Parameter input via RetrieveParamForViewing.csp

Hello

I am using the Enterprise example pages called
RetrieveParamForViewing.csp and Viewreport.csp for customisable parameter input rather than using the cwr parameter input.

However before I used these pages, if I had a datetime parameter then there was a nice-ish 'calendar' control that was automatically used when prompting for parameters, but is there anything similar for me to use now that I am going down the more customisable route of using RetrieveParamForViewing.csp?
