I have a criteria in a query to bring up employees hired 30 or more days ago. <=Date()-30 in the hire date field. It works on my machine at home but not the one at work. I get the error "Expression is typed incorrectly, or it is too complicated to be evalllluated....etc. Any idea how to fix this problem. Thanks...

You need to update your references
Open a new module
under tools click references
then select a reference that is not checked or one that is
hit ok
select tools references again and uncheck the same item you just did. then select ok again

you may also want to try

<(Date()-30) OR =(Date()-30)

Brian Famous
bfamous@ncdoi.net

Both suggestions were useful! Thanks so, so much.
