I am presently using CR ver 7.0. Is Datediff available in this version of Crystal reports? If not, is there a fucntion equivalent to Datediff?

I don't believe that DateDiff is in version 7.0. I had to dumb my report down using a formulae that I don't remember off the top of my head and I don't have readily available here. If I can find it, I'll try to post it later. Give me liberty, or give me pizza...

There is only a datetimediff on the website. Can that be used, ufldtdif.exe

I believe the UFL contains both functions. Try it and see. Software Training and Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine

If you download the functionality onto the development system, but you're running the reports on a Crystal web server, would you then have to also load the functionality onto the web server as well? This was my issue, and since I didn't have access or admin authority to the web server, was left with no other choice in that regard. Of course, also didn't know about the downloads at that time. Would that have made a difference? Give me liberty, or give me pizza...
