If you are able, you could create a table in your database to hold the holiday info.
If you dont have that ability (I dont because our DB is proprietary and I cant get into it) maybe you could create a holiday table in another DB and link it to your report.
The only other way that I am aware of is to hard code those dates in the report itself. Several different ways to do that but the drawback is that if holidays change, the code has to change.
Im sure someone else out there has some better approaches....
