Hi

I am trying to merge an access db in word
My date are OK in access, they are in long format, but when i do a mail merge they appear short format in WORD

EX: In ACCESS the format is May 6 20001
In WORD the format is 06/05/01

Is it possible to get the same format

Are you merging from a query or from a report?

Try using the format() command to change the date to the format you desire.

format([YourDateField],"mmmm dd, yyyy&quot
