Datagrid display problem

The datasource for the grid is adoData. When I filter the data with an sql statement, the top left cell of the grid remains the same as it would if I had not filtered the data... All other data is correct. (i.e. if 123 was the value in the first row of the first column with no filter applied, it is still the value after a filter even though all other data in the row is correct. When I look at the database the data is still correct)
