Database synchronization

I have a VB6 project where I need to synchronize 2 Access 2000 databases. I have made a replica in access and the names of the databases are; "sales.mdb" and "replica of sales.mdb" What would the code in VB be to synchronize these two databases? I've never done this. Thanks for any help!
