Database splitter error - Subscript out of range

I have a database with some tables part of the main mdb file. When I attempt to use the add-in database splitter, it splits off all the tables correctly but then gives a "subscript out of range" error. This occurred "while copying relationships". The end result is that the tables have been split off into the new mdb back end file, but not deleted from the main mdb file. The only way to proceed seems to be to manually delete the exisiting tables, link the new back-end tables. Although this seems to work, and I can access the data, all the relationships are, of course, broken and would need to be redone manually. Any thoughts about how to overcome this error. When this occurs, I am logged in as the administrator, no one lese is logged in and no other windows, forms, switchboard, etc. are open.
