Database Logon prompt when using e-portfolio

I'm getting really frustrated with this one.
I've created a Crystal 8.5 report that I brought in to Crystal Enterprise so that the users might run it. The report was created on my PC, and has a userid of CGAGNON attached to it (I can see this if I go to Set Location...).
This report uses the Client Access Express ODBC to access an AS/400 database.
I have Crystal Enterprise installed on our IIS server, and I sign on to the server using signon HCWEB.
The ODBC is set up to use the Ops Nav default user ID, and Ops Nav is set up to Use Default User ID (HCWEB), Prompt as needed.
When I reboot the PC, I make sure that I run one report from that PC (HCWEB) so that it will prompt me for the user ID and password, and then cache it. I understood that after that, the users should be able to run the report from e-portfolio without getting prompted for user ID & password.
If I run the report from my PC (CGAGNON), it runs fine, but if I run it from another user's PC, a Logon prompt comes up on the IIS asking for User-ID and password. It has my user-id (CGAGNON) in the user-id field.
The only place that I can find that user-id on HCWEB is on the report itself. I have even tried hard-coding on the report(from the DATABASE tab in the CMC) the user-id HCWEB with the password. It still prompts with CGAGNON.
Is there a way to remove or change that User-ID of CGAGNON on my report (as seen thru Set Location...)?
It is a rather complicated report, and I don't want to have to re-input it from the HCWEB machine.
