Database Interrogation

Hi all

I have been tasked with providing a solution which will allow users to wander around our building and interrogate and add to an existing Access 2000 stock list. I had thought about using PDA's (Ipaq's probably) but wanted to see other users experiences good and bad.

I don't mind if this is done wireless, bluetooth or thru a cradle.

Can i join this post,

This is what iam trying to do for us, and also so staff can carry the database around to sites and update our server when they come back in, but at the moment this idea and ipaqs have most people on the run, somebody must have done this.

If i come across any ideas i will let you know.
