Database initialize

Hello,

I do have a problem I've install BrightStor ARCserve v.11 at difference directory c:\CA\... not in recommended. Now my database grow too big and I wanted to initialize the astpsdat part of Database to reduce the size. But the problem is that after initializing my Database it's not empty but still full. Is this the problem of directory ?

Init. that database will only removed the listing of files and directories, everything else will still be there.
