Database Export in SQL 6.5

Hello,

I'm having trouble exporting a database from SQL 6.5.
I need to rebuild the server and I'm getting a lot of errors when I try to export it. The database is being accessed/referenced by another server. Would this have anything to do with it?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
