Database Error Message.

I m doing .asp database programming now using window NT 4.0 server. When i want to callan asp page created, the .mdb recordset can't be get and an error message is given as shown as below:

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'
Could not lock file.

May i know about the reason? And how to solve this?
