DAtabase engine doesn`t start

Hello i have a great problem i installed ArcServe IT but Database engine never started, i removed arcserve e re-installed it but i have always the same problem. I don`t know how can i do. Please help me!

Install the service pack and other updates to get it current.

check the rds.log and rds.bak logs.
