The size of the data depends on the # of servers, # of published apps, # of print drivers, etc.
One of our farms has 50 servers with a peak of around 600 concurrent users, 30+ published apps, a bunch of print drivers...comes to 300MB SQL data folder.

13 servers, 300 users = less than 50mb SQL db. The log file can get much larger, but you can curb that via SQL.
